Pansy Mini Concertina Book

Concept
A collectible illustrated object combining hand-drawn pansy portraits with a compact, display-oriented book format. Each page features an individual floral composition created with soft pastels and set against a distinct coloured background, highlighting contrast, texture, and colour variation. The concertina (accordion) structure allows the piece to function as a flexible object: it can be browsed as a book or fully extended for display, adapting to different interior settings. Designed with small spaces in mind, the format transforms a series of illustrations into a decorative item suitable for shelves, mantels, or creative workspaces.

Produced on premium art paper to preserve the richness of pastel pigment, the book is conceived as both a tactile design object and a retail product. It sits at the intersection of illustration and product design, offering an accessible way to own and display original-style artwork.
