The order is not compliant : if you encounter a problem with your order and it is not compliant, we are so sorry and apologise in advance. Please contact us at clarejonesparis@gmail.com so we can get back to you and find the best solution. Please note that return postage will be refunded if you have received an incorrect item.

The order is compliant but change of heart : if your order is compliant but you have changed your mind, you can return it within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. You will receive a full refund of your original purchase plus the original postage cost, however the cost of the return postage fee for the order remains your responsibility.

Refunds

Process for returning a package : the order must be returned with its original packaging intact and in good condition to the following postal address : Clare Jones Paris, 2 rue du bois de Boulogne, 92210 Saint-Cloud. I would recommend using a proof of postage or tracked service at your own risk. Upon receipt and verification of it, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 working days. Please note that all returns that do not respect this process cannot be accepted.
