Returns

• The order is not compliant : if you encounter a problem with your order and it is not compliant, we are so sorry and apologise in advance. Please contact us at clarejonesparis@gmail.com so we can get back to you and find the best solution. Please note that return postage will be refunded if you have received an incorrect item.

• The order is compliant but you have a change of heart : if your order is compliant but you have changed your mind, you can return it within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. You will receive a full refund of your original purchase plus the original postage cost, however the cost of the return postage fee for the order remains your responsibility.

Refunds

Process for returning a package : the order must be returned with its original packaging intact and in good condition to the following postal address : Clare Jones Paris, 2 rue du bois de Boulogne, 92210 Saint-Cloud. I would recommend using a proof of postage or tracked service at your own risk. Upon receipt and verification of it, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 working days. Please note that all returns that do not respect this process cannot be accepted.
